Since 2008, the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Islamic Republic of Iran reaffirmed their will to strengthen and consolidate bilateral relations between both countries, through this path an agreement between the Iranian Red Crescent Society and the Ministry of Health and Sports of Bolivia, was established for the construction of health centers in our country.
The first project finalized is the Iran's Hospital in the city of El Alto. In construction phase are 2 hemodialysis centers, one as an annex to the hospital in El Alto and the other in the city of Cochabamba.

Desde el año 2008 el Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia y La república Islámica de Iran reafirmaron su voluntad de fortalecer y consolidar relaciones bilaterales entre ambos paises, de esta manera se llega a un acuerdo de ayuda entre la Sociedad de La Media Luna roja de Irán y el Ministerio de Salud y Deportes de Bolivia, para la construccion de centros de salud en nuestro pais.
El primero proyecto que se realizo es el Hospital de Iran en la cuidad de el Alto, En fase de construcción se encuentran 2 centros de hemodialisis, uno anexo al hospital y el otro en la ciudad de Cochabamba.
